Excellent Stay Near the Arc de Triomphe

The location was very convenient, close to the Arc de Triomphe. I found the staff to be helpful and quick during check-in. My room included a complimentary upgrade. The hotel decor was beautiful (I especially liked the attention to detail).
The bathroom was slightly small, even for a city hotel.

The hotel provides umbrellas when it rains. I also noticed there was a modern coffee machine in my room and fresh tea bags were available. The hotel is very clean, and maintenance is a priority.

The staff offered help with restaurant recommendations, which proved better than online reviews. Check-in was efficient, and I received a friendly greeting upon arrival. I appreciated the staff's warm and cute attitude throughout my stay.

the staff were very accommodating. their recommendations for restaurants were useful. i even got a room upgrade (which was nice).
the room's carpet smelled like mold (which was not nice). it also had stains. i mentioned this to the front desk, but they said all beautiful rooms are like that.
